AM Rwanda Bible Study Gathering Held in Butare
October 16, 2026
Sisters Kevin and Divine began their Bible study journey at AM Butare Center, studying Romans Chapter 1 with Brother Rene. They learned about humanity’s sin, God’s revelation, and the need for salvation through Jesus Christ.

On 16th October 2026, Sister Kevin and Sister Divine began a new journey of Bible study at AM Butare Center, where Brother Rene helped them study the Book of Romans, starting with Chapter 1. The study began with an introduction to the book and its author, the Apostle Paul, who introduced himself as a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God. The main message of Romans is salvation through Jesus Christ for both Jews and Gentiles.
The study focused on the sins of unbelievers and God's wrath against ungodliness and unrighteousness. It emphasized that the root of sin is ungodliness, which means failing to honor God and give Him His rightful place in our lives. People have no excuse because God has revealed Himself through human conscience, the ability to love and reason, His creation, the Bible, and Jesus Christ.
The chapter explained that when people reject God and refuse to give Him thanks, their thinking becomes futile, and their hearts become darkened, leading them into sinful desires and actions. Through this study, Sister Kevin and Sister Divine began understanding the seriousness of sin and humanity's need for salvation through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
